New Year’s Eve Dinner or Party

I can’t believe this year is coming to an end! I hope you had some nice Christmas. The next question is, what you will do for the new year’s eve. Have a family dinner? Or a big party with friends? Here are some ideas.

Velvet times

I prefer the softness und melancholy of velvet in my rooms in the cold december weather. When a ray of light falls, then you can see a subdued shimmer on it.

The velvet loses its plushy image in the combination with loft style and industrial design.

Radiant Styles

I was yesterday in one of my favorite vintage clothing & accessories shop Garments in Berlin Mitte. Here you can find designer clothes like new. Most of this clothing are from stylists or movie costumes. Here I always find great black concert dresses. The owners Astrid Lafos and Sandra Keil are so friendly and they always have great advice.

Shiny reflections

I like metal objects very much. In the dark season, rooms get a radiance from them.

Together with structure, metallic shine creates a unique combination.
